What is the longest period guys can go without contacting someone they love?

Genuinely wonder, assume that you guys aren’t in relationship yet, you guys just start getting close with each other, spending quite good amount of time together. Now real question is, how long can you guys go without contacting the girl? Realistically, cuz if answered 1 day, some can argue, isn’t it seems desperate for a guy to contact the girl every single day..

I don't know. I don't worry about this stuff. I let things happen naturally. If I text her, and she takes a while to respond, I won't blow up her phone or anything. But I'm not going to not contact her out of fear of "seeming desperate"

Assuming she will always reply your text in timely manner. And one day the text comes to an end. To start the chat again, its always expected coming from the guy side, hence for you, will you contact her soon, or depends if there is any topic to discuss on (if this is the case, does it mean, you can go weeks without texting her if there is no topic to talk?)
