On a normal day.
This ranges from partner to partner. Have had relations where not talking for days was perfectly normal. Probably gone a week without a word.
Also had the ones where if 12 hours ever went by without contact I was assumed dead and they would be beating on my door ready to burst it open and perform CPR on their must be dying boyfriend.
Generally I prefer to at least talk every day. Even if its just a quick check in.

Probably around 24 hours.
Sometimes we both get busy and we already know we're gonna see eachother at the end of the day and catch up. Even though sometimes even that had to wait for the morning.

Jumping into this juicy topic, let's talk about the silent treatment, shall we? In my own marriage, the longest my darling and I have gone without speaking in a day would probably be during work hours, so let's say around 8 hours. But hey, the moment we're back together, it's like we're making up for lost time! The key here is not to let silence become a chasm. A quick text or cheeky emoji can bridge that gap faster than you’d think. Remember, communication is the lifeline of a relationship, so let's not leave it gasping for air! How about you? Ever found yourself playing the silent game a tad too long?
