I've let myself get too friendly with my boss. So much little stuff has happened where its clear we are into each other.

However, he is very hot and very cold and I can't take it anymore. For instance, he will message me something personal at the weekend and then ignore me Monday. Or he will heavily flirt with me all week and then ignore me again.

I feel like its at the stage it can't be ignored so next time he messages me something non work related should i call him out on it? I feel he needs to choose... either he's in or out but he can't have it both ways as its emotionally drianing me and doesn't feel fair.
