Me and the narc were together for 3 years. I caught him commenting on some girl’s photo who he went to school with, and she didn’t give him the time of day, he then unfollowed her after I called him out on it.
We have been broken up for a few weeks but we have to work together so I her brought up jokingly , and later that night he follows her again, I’m guessing to see if I’ll react. It’s like when they get something in their head that they know will piss you off, they take it too far.
He then comes in the next day and is staring at me laughing, like he’s waiting for a reaction.
He’s now commenting on her photos , and all my coworkers think this is a tactic to get my attention because he’s miserable without me.
And the girl still won’t give him the time of day or follow him back 😂😂😂😂

Lmao, take a page out of her book.
Never interact or show emotion to a narcissist. Even negative emotion is a dopamine hit for them.
My mother, also a narcissist, would meet with friends of mine on the sly to spread rumours an misinformation about me because she got jealous I didn't need her anymore. 🤣
The mistakes I made was calling her out.

If what he said about them going to the same school is true then she probably knows that he’s insane lol. And he doesn’t actually want her, this is being done to get under my skin. And that’s exactly what I’m doing now, we’ve both blocked each other on everything and my coworkers that work next to him even said he doesn’t look himself, and I’m paying him absolutely 0 attention which is a big change to how I was during our relationship. I love seeing them go insane after all the pain they cause

If you read the description , I said we are broken up. We broke because of that. I would not be willingly with anybody who does that to me, but he is still doing things to get my attention.

It actually isn’t more likely , considering I know the person and so do all my coworkers, and you don’t. I notice you always like to leave really stupid unhelpful comments on people’s posts. I’m asking if this is a normal trait of a narcissist because the one I dated does this type of stuff all the time.

Pretty ignorant comment to make considering the fact that yes I have been a victim of narcissistic abuse for the last 3 years, that I’m starting therapy soon to work through what he’s done to me. I’m dealing with an individual who’s every single move is calculated.
