What should I do if my male maths teacher calls me his crush in human form and video calls me when I'm not at school?

So my male maths teacher is unusually nice to me and gives me snacks even though I don't ask him for any; he talks about how he doesn't want people to badmouth me because of how unusually close he makes us out to be so he's "protecting" me in addition he calls me "my crush in human form" and on the days when I'm absent from school he video calls me and he knows that usually when I'm absent from school it's voluntarily because I have to study for tests yet he still calls but I don't answer... he just called and as usual I didn't answer but I don't know if I should say anything or just totally ignore the fact that he called and act like I didn't see the missed calls

You need to tell your parents about this. Totally inappropriate given you are under 18. Even if you weren't under 18 it is entirely inappropriate of a teacher to flirt or whatever you wanna call this with a student. Betcha if the school knew they would not be happy. I say tell your parents because they will know what steps to take and who to talk to about it. They will also have your best interest in mind when they go to handle this. How does he even have your contact to call you in the first place is what I wanna know?

Long story short my marks started failing and he asked for my number as a way to send me specific past papers I might need and my mum knows about his creepy behaviour but not about the calls when I'm absent... I'm gonna tell her about them today
