Why do men stare deep into a woman’s eyes and grin at her during or after a conversation?

I wouldn’t say it’s specifically a man or woman trait, it’s just something a lot people do in general. Some folks make a lot of eye contact and smile often when they speak, myself included, it’s a sign of respect and showing you have our full attention. Then you have others who are uncomfortable with it or just aren’t fans of that for their own reasons. Everyone is different.

Also wanted to add that if you have a crush on the guy or find him attractive then I can understand looking for signs!
