Am I unblocked if it used to be blue but now says delivered?

i was 1000 percent blocked by this guy. messages were blue but now all of a sudden at the bottom it says delivered. I dont want to text him and check yet. is that a glitch or did he actually unblock me and then it delivered?

lol i think when i made it i was like thinking its sus to have ur actual age on there. But didn't know the website and how like your age plays a part.
