Men can get jealous for a number of reasons, validation being the main point. However jealousy along with anger and verbal aggression is a strong emotion to express for someone who doesn’t want to be with you.

Here is a truth about life. Trust people's action over their words. There is a saying that "words are cheap". They are cheap. People can say anything. They can proclaim any virtue, promise to do anything or deny anything. Unless a person's actions line up and PROVE their words to be true then they very well could be lies or boasts or exaggerations.
If he truly had no interest in you then he wouldn't care that you date other men and he would possibly be happy for you. Him acting upset that you are with other men is evidence he does have interest in you and he wants your romantic attention given to him and not other men.
Are you sure he doesn’t have interest in her? That seems odd if he is getting upset over her dating other guys’ if he has no interest in her , It sounds to me he did have interest in her but he was too shy to express his true feelings for her , which sadly a lot of men tend to do and wonder why they are in the friend zone
I think there are men that like the idea of a woman being into them without any interest of returning those feelings. When she starts talking to other men or gets into a relationship it can be a blow to his ego. He may even start paying more attention to her to either win her back (and then reject again once he does) or just get really nasty for no good reason. That type of person is selfish and not worth the calories
No idea, sometimes it feels like you have to be nice to everyone to not have that kind of crap even if you don't want to and they are arses.

I'd say it sounds like he actually does have interest in you. I don't know of any guy who'd get jealous over another guy going for a girl he doesn't like or have any feelings towards. If anything it'd be a positive for him, because it'd mean there's one less guy giving attention to the girl that he likes.
I have never felt that way about anyone I had no interest in so I can't say first hand. But just like a lot of women, some men have inferiority complexes and view someone else's success as their failure. And that makes them angry at themselves for not being able to succeed. That anger is then projected onto others to try to blame it on someone else (which is human nature's way of dealing with anger).
This is an interesting question, I notice this behavior in myself and it seems to me that this is widespread among men. I think it has something to do with the animal nature of man. We have this urge to have sex with most of the women that appear in front of us. Not that we're going to do that😂
They feel entitled to the woman of their choice, and when she refuses they feel they they have been cheated.
