Well I would just say to leave him alone. I mean he doesn't appear interested so I would cut your losses. But then again I don't have much context so I can't be sure about the situation.

Well I already told him I was tired, so we tried to meet each other, hours later I told him I was too dizzy and too tired.. so I had to cancel because I didn't wanted him to see me like that.

Like someone who hasn't slept at all and says something stupid without thinking, no filter whatsoever.

After I cancelled it and I woke up, I apologized. But since then no reaction at all.
He reads it and says nothing at all.

I actually didn't want to share but what the heck.. I'm anonymous anyway so;

This is what I said after I haven't slept for days. I thought I was being nice;

"Just a question, what if I get tired and get a headache, would you mind moving it to another time or just having something to eat or drink?

Just a question because I haven't slept either, then that could just happen or I might fall asleep I want to know what you are like. Not that I don't want to meet up. Some people cannot understand that something like this could happen.

Sorry I was sleeping. Would you mind meeting another time?"

Hm. It does sound like you're being nice. But I can also see the possibility of a guy thinking that you're being flaky but trying to be nice about it. And maybe that's why he's not responding... Or maybe he's just busy with something else. Those are my guesses. Either way give him maybe a day, two days max, before reaching out to him again. And if he doesn't respond, then leave him alone.
