Did my boyfriend cheat if he went to a happy ending massage parlor?

I am not 100% certain he went, but I was away for a few days with my family and our phone records showed he called this Thai Massage place and the same phone number was linked to escort services. When I confronted him about it he said he didn't go and he was looking for a place to get a massage because he was really stressed with me gone. He does have abandonment issues and we have gone to a lot of Asian massage places together before. So this isn't extremely unusual but it was the only number he called.

I wouldn't worry unless he actually went to that one. He likely was just looking for a massage parlor, and found that one by accident. The phone call was likely to confirm something he was confused about.

If the behavior continues though, be very suspicious of him.

If he did actually go, I'm not sure whether I'd label it cheating or not, but it would definitely be WRONG. Now I don't know if he was seeking a wholesome massage place where it's just therapeutic massage (relaxation and/or helping back problems) and got the shady place confused with a proper one, or he actually intended to use a "happy ending" place. Please figure out his intentions.

it's an open secret. if you are not in the loop, it's tough to know the difference. they semi-openly advertise if you are aware, you can easily catch the hint but if not then it could be confusing since they don't clearly state it
