Why does this guy stare at my hands?

He is my classmate. Whenever he sits in front of me, he turns around and talks to me. He usually looks in my eyes or stares at my hands.

Once he said my fingers were very thin, then he put his ring on my finger as a joke.

I take good care of my fingers, i know they aren't dirty or hairy and they always smell nice and are soft.

So why does he stare at my hands so often?
