It could be many things.


But what comes first to mind is that something unpleasant has happened, is happening, or is about to happen.


Because of that, they don’t feel like socializing with anyone.


They just want to be left alone and given some space, so that they can deal with what’s going or process their emotions.


That’s likely the case.


Otherwise, it means that you’ve done something to annoy or frustrate them, either recently or in general, and they just don’t want to deal with you right now.


So it’s either completely not personal, or it is personal, haha.
