I'm in a situationship with this guy. He doesn't bother telling me that information... I don't really want to know, but I never tell him to shut up.

Is he consider me close or just a jerk?

It depends on the context. A friend of mine (who is a girl) and I were on a hiking trip and she had the toilet paper in her backpack so when I had to poop I had to let her know (to ask for the toilet paper 🗞️
