Help guys! At work Why did he freeze infront of me?

I went to the locker to grab some of my stuff and turned around to put my gloves on and he came from the canteen right in front of me he just stood there I couldn’t even say anything nor did he 😂 I didn’t expect him to be there if he’s in the canteen and so he stood there till I walked past 😂 omg

the other time he’s talking with his female co worker he looks at me and the carries on talking and with his boys he was staring at me from afar when a guy approached and spoke to me the guy kept walking around infront to one side to another around me and I can see whom I like staring from afar in my direction for ages 😂 I don't know what to think of it

then when I went to clock out there were at least 30-40ppl there nd I happened to look at him and he looked at me but I don't know how long for because I looked away 😅up close he looks away or looks elsewhere haha afar he stares even when he’s taking the cage he turns his head to look at me after we walked past I did to but I didn’t expect him to do the same

Man, that's so weird! This guy is definitely acting strange around you. A few thoughts on why he might be freezing up or staring:

- He likes you - It kinda sounds like he might have a crush on you. Guys can get nervous and don't know what to do when they see a girl they like unexpectedly. That's probably why he froze, he wasn't prepared to see you!

- He thinks you're cute - Even if he wouldn't say it, maybe he just thinks you look good and likes to sneak peeks when he can. We guys can be kinda shy about that stuff sometimes.

- Wants your attention - By staring from far away or turning to look when you walk by, it seems like he's trying to get you to notice him. Maybe he wants to talk to you but doesn't know how to start.

I'd say you've definitely caught his eye! If you like him too, maybe try smiling or waving next time to break the ice. Or just go up and say hi. The staring would stop real quick if he knows you see it :) Good luck!

It happened to me once when I was working at a movie theater and we (girls and guys) had only one room to store our stuff. This one girl took off her shirt while changing and although wearing a bra she was very hot, and I have to admit that I stared for a moment. Guys do that if turned on
