What’s his problem this happened at work?

So, this guy I never talked to started developing a strong dislike for me because I’m friends with a guy named Al. He kept telling people, mocking my voice by saying "Al, Al, Al, Al." After that, it seemed like he had a major problem with me because of my friendship with Al. I’m very quiet, and so is Al, unless he opens up.

The same guy who had an issue with me at work over Al called me "ugly ass." I didn’t care because it seemed like he had some personal issues. Later, when he was with his friend girl, he asked me in front of her, "Are you jealous?" referring to multiple girls talking to him. I said no because he’s not my type, which is true since I have a certain type.

Then he asked if I would be interested in talking to him on the phone or FaceTime. I said no. Later, he told another coworker that he wasn’t serious about any of it. At one point, he said it seemed like I’m into crazy guys, but he said he couldn’t really explain why. One of the managers claimed that he told people he tried talking to me or wanted to talk to me.

What’s his problem this happened at work?
