we never built an actual friendship cuz our relationship was just flirting. i do not express to a person when i like someone so he never knew i liked him back until my roomie told him. my flirting was really subtle, but he kissed me and we used to spend the night together. we’ve spent countless weekends apart because i go home every weekend from college, but after one weekend apart he started acting weird lowkey side eyeing me and being more reserved and he made everything really awkward. he’d also refuse to sit near me once quietly told my roomie to move over so that i wasn’t next to him. i don’t know what happened but im really upset about it.

That’s the burnout wich is caused by running instead of walking, like it’s important that even in the instance you both know you like each other, it’s best to invest some more effort into craeting a strong friendship first and the move on to the relationship stage as jumping that results in lower stability and balance in your relationship as the passion grows cold from time to time but friendship endures through that and warms it up!!

Well if he sit next to you and looked you in the eye he would be fotced to say something or he would feel awkward, or maybe he is paasing throug phases and had decided it’s not gonna work out for you and he just wanna move on;; Sadly it can be true😔

so we talked it out and he said that he didn’t want to start a relationship or anything because he’s moving to a different campus next year and doesn’t wanna hurt me or him. he hangs out with my roommates still and still comes over like every day. Him and my roommate who went to the party together literally studied together today didn’t invite me and got food and he told her her and my other roommate should room with him and his friend next year since they’re all transferring…

Well that’s a natural thing as he isn’t gonna be around you anymore and your roommates are so things just pass like that like everything follows a path and now theirs have intersected while you’re gonna have to follow a slighlt different path and discover what that new altering will have in store for you!!

but we still cross paths as in he comes over to our apartment every day to hangout with them. he also left me on opened four hours ago

Well it’s clear that he doesn’t have a big interest on yo currently so I wouldn’t chase it over in my opinion but still just because you intersect doesn’t mean he wants too;like he is just iver you!!

You don't let him know how you feel so he is left guessing at what you are thinking and feeling, probably misconstrued something, and now you have a mess. Why is keeping your feelings secret such a big priority?

well i did express it in my own way and i thought he knew like we sat practically on top of each other when he came over. and after he “found out” i liked him i made it really obvious and after he started acting weird and might have misconstrued something i ASKED to have a heart to heart with him to clear things up but he avoided having the conversation and then one night when he was drunk said we could have the conversation but never remembered he said that in the morning

yes but he knows i like him I've made it obvious told him he’s hot several times still do and said things like i like him a lot like he knows. the last few times i called him hot instead of saying something about me or him saying “making me blush” he says “appreciate you” but he told me “lookin good😊” the other day when i snapped him but still doesn’t talk to me so im confused
