Why men use prolong eye stare contact to women in public?

I’m beginning to go out more now in my early 30s after a long road studying in college. My field is mostly filled with women. So in a way I’m just not use to the prolongation of men eye contact or stares too much time.
For men who do this, why?

Well it can be for many reasons, one is that you just like the girl or appreciate her looks or find her interesting and you just look at her without any intention, just admire or appreciate her from a distance, doesn’t mean to plan to get with her, one reason is that he can just be lost on thoughts and just is blank seeing something wich means that his eyes might be on you but his mind is not focused on you, another possibility is that something about you is coming into attention like beautiful clothes or the way you act or maybe your looks that may be very attractive and so on or can also be the typical men stare that just likes your body or a certain thing about you in a bad way!!

Obviously its because they hate you, and hate women in general. They get secretly paid 1000 dollars a head for every woman they make feel uncomfortable from the patriarchy fund. I heard it from my brother who sits in his throne and pets his cat and strokes his black mustache.
