whether it is okay or not actually does not matter it is going to happen regardless. the better question is why? the answer is... biology. men are hardwired to look at certain features because those features determine if one will be a good mate. and while that may not seem "prevalent in todays society" biology doesn't care about society. The whole reason we say that generally guys want a girl with hips and breasts is because those girls are the ones who tend to have the easiest time getting pregnant, bearing children, and birthing them. so most men are attracted to that. The same way most girls are attracted to guys with some muscles, guys who are masculine, guys who are for lack of a better word "manly"

second part of this though comes down to this reality... guys don't look at girls who are dressed modestly the same way they do girls that are not dressed modestly. as a result ladies if you are not okay with guys looking your features then you would need to dress differently or accept that it happens. The way one dresses is entirely there own choice. if a guy dresses with his pants sagging most people are going to stare at him. ladies if you dress in tight shorts or booty shorts or whatever people are going to stare. in either situation the solution is the same. dress differently if it is that much of a problem

I don't understand why a question like this comes up. People are allowed to look at people. Who is going to police how long is too long? If you are in public, then you are going to have people look at you. If your an attractive person, then you will have more people looking at you. Men have a sex drive that gets activated by what He sees. Sexy women will get looked at the most. It has always been this way, and I don't think there is anything that can be done to change it. I mean if you try to change it, then your going to pick a fight with nature. With that being said, some men will choose not to look for very long, and others will look for a long time. Different men have different morals.

i work at maccas and when i bend down to get something and looking at something like a shelf (that contains stock) i completely lock my eyesight on that, now matter what, if something goes in the way i keep my eyesight in the direction of what im looking at, I don't know if its a normal thing, adhd thing or a weird thing. but sometimes i catch myself unintentionally looking at a girl when its her ass or tits or face without really knowing i actually, was some catch me lookinv and the give me either a confused stare, an angry stare or none at all. sometimes i see other people looking at me and i start overthinking about them thinking im some sorta creep (and for some fucking dumbass reason its always a girl in the way). sometimes when im at my girl bsf house and she bending over yeah ima take a subtle peek, we ain't friends with benefits we’ve known eachother since we were kids, and we are really close to the point where she's sorta like a sister to me. so i get mad at myself when i do cause its not right, i personally dont look at other random girls ass in public, only jiggly thing about a girl i look at is some ginormous cpt. diabetes looking bitch looking so soft she look like a bean bag 😭

Guys will always walk a certain distance behind an attractive butt. Too close as and the downward glance is obvious, too far and it's not a good view. There's a sweet spot where their eyes rest naturally on your butt.

There's going to be a lot of times where if a minute late you were to ask the guy about the girl or her butt, he'd say, "I don't remember looking at anyone."

Of course it can be just a dude wanting to stare. But it's often autonomous. Something is moving in front of you, or aligns with what your brain finds pleasant, so your eyes latch onto it. Especially if there is a lot of movement nearby. It helps you focus when thinking if you can lock your eyes to something and then let your vision fog over while you focus on your thoughts.
