I already have his social media because of work, I’m part time employee and him full time, we don’t work together. But we see each other sometimes, he said goodbye to me once and sometimes when we walked past me he would throw a work related joke something like this…

But when I work in front of him, he doesn’t look at me nor establish eye contact with me. Could be he’s uncomfortable making eye contact with people he’s not familiar with but he’s an extrovert who laughs a lot. I don’t think he dislikes me I just think maybe he doesn’t have an interest in my presence.

Well you cannot surely know, just take it slow, maybe there will be opportunity to talk, if you can try with small stuff eg. Ask him to help you about something
