Why would it bother a guy looking for a girlfriend and met one that used to smoke but quit over a year ago. Now does he think differently of her?

Do guys think differently of a woman that used to be a smoker, but stopped smoking over a year ago? Has his opinion changed of her when everything was fine until she told him that?🤷🏼‍♀️

It didn't for me. My 2nd & 3rd girlfriend's were both smokers before we got together. I think Carol quit when she was in the Laughing academy for 6 months, I don't think she ever smoked again after that.
Anu "smoked" mostly at work. She didn't exactly SMOKE, she'd just light one up and sort of pretend to smoke because all the other girls she worked with also smoked. As soon as we got together, she quit, for the most part. She'd still burn one every few months or so, especially if I wasn't around (there's a video of my band playing at my b-day party shortly before I got there and she's sitting on the deck with everyone else with a smoke in her hand! So, BUSTED!!) And, a couple years into our relationship, she had a couple more at work.

When I was dating i dated girls that smoked. It was a lot more popular than it is today. It never really bothered me. I guess today I am glad I did not marry somebody that smoked because it bothers me more today. I guess if she quit I would be okay with it.

If she isn’t smoking now and quit for good it wouldn’t matter to me as long as they don’t smoke anymore. My first girlfriend smoked but quit for me after being with me awhile because she loved me

as long as she isn't smoking now I'm fine with it, but if she starts smoking again it's goodbye.

As long as she has given up smoking for good before we met. I wouldn’t care.
