i think your question is honestly kind of flawed. not all guys do prefer this type of girl. maybe it’s just common among the guys you have in your social circle? i think a lot more MEN would describe a more mature looking woman as their ideal (personally i’ve mostly heard megan fox and jennifer lawrence cited as having the perfect body type by my straight male friends) in my experience the less mature and more shallow guys are the main ones that are idealizing petite, youthful looking women like ariana grande (who is 30 but looks 17).
simply put: but there’s no single ideal look or body type to aspire to or compare yourself against or assume of all men. because the fact is, everybody has their preferences. (an ass man is probably gonna be into nicki minaj and if you’re into big tits you’re probably not gonna be attracted to kristen stewart. )
instead of a specific body feature many guys might like an overall vibe or look for a girl (some guys want a really femme woman like kim k but others like the less curvy builds like lady gaga, or maybe alt/goth/punk/etc chicks with body mods and unique style, like a “tomboyish” kind of vibe like michelle rodriguez, or of course that kind of younger girl aura of ariana grande or zendaya.)
some other dudes don’t give a frick about how a girl looks at all as long as she’s funny, or sexual, or nerdy, or whatever he values. in fact i think for most mature guys, the attitude and vibe of a woman is a lot more of an attraction than how she looks. i suspect that a lot of guys are into ariana grande just as much because of her attitude, status, and personality as because of her physical figure.
Without all her makeup and fancy clothes she is no better than millions of other girls. The girls like her because they are hoping they can get some of her leftovers.
Girls with bodies like that are pretty, but I would prefer a girl with a brain over a body. Honestly, most girls I've met with a body like that are airheads (And Ariana seems like one also). I think girls like that who are talented waste their talents if they're not educating themselves.
Every time I date a girl who is hot as hell, I end up having nothing in common with her, and it gets so irritating having to explain the simplest things to them! I try not to call people dumb, but there are a lot of stupid people out there!
And just because a girl looks fine, that doesn't mean she's a nice person. If there's no kindness there, I don't take an interest.
