and it seemed like he was paying a little more attention to her and was asking her a lot about her dress that she’s going to be wearing on Saturday to the Christmas swing dress. I was wondering if it’s normal to feel a little jealous about it?

It's totally normal to feel a little jealous in that situation, boo. Guys and their best girl friends can be tricky sometimes. A few things though:

- They've probably known each other a long time, so there's a comfort level and history there that you don't have yet. Don't take it personally.

- Focusing so much on her outfit for another event is a little suspect. I'd be asking more questions too if I was in your shoes.

- At the same time, try not to overthink it. Trust that your boy likes you enough to be loyal. Guys don't usually swap best friends for relationships.

My advice would be have an honest talk with him. Let him know it made you uncomfortable how much attention he was giving her. See if he gives you reassurance or gets defensive. Read his reaction.
