Guys, how do you decide who to ask out on a date?

I have rarely had to choose one of three or four ladies who were available at the same time. The choice is usually to ask or not to ask one lady for a date.

I date with the goal of finding a long term partner. When I look at a woman, I may not immediately see her as a LTR partner; I don't know her very well. I usually know whether Iam physically attracted to her and, of course, that is a requirement. Other than that, I need to be able to look at her and not see any deal breakers, red flags, or warning signs.

I have to find her attractive and sexy enough to want a long term relationship with her.
She has to send signals that she is interested in me and might be open to going on a date so that we can get to know each other better.

Although, there was one lady who worked for a company that I regularly frequented as part of my job. I thought she was quirky and super cute, but she always acted professionally and never sent me any signals.
One day I asked her if I could take her dinner sometime and she said yes.
She turned out to be, by far, the best girlfriend I ever had.

Guys who aren't welcome to be around get blown off fast.. If you pass if u last.. n.. it's a sign she cool you being around. Then through it. out there gentle like... changes are she has no shortage of suitors.. so she knows what's best for her be patient.. they usually know what they want... Im ok with rejection I'd rather know it's not the right time... feel confident.. who ever is in line will fuck it up fast... for sure..

When I'm single (and I don't expect to be again), I will ask anyone I find attractive. I don't really "decide" whether someone is attractive, they are or they aren't. Sometimes that changes as I spend more time around them.

If I think she is attractive and we have common interests, I would ask her for coffee to get to know her better. Coffee dates are good because if it doesn't go well we can cut it short after 30min. No harm, no foul.

I generally base it off how the woman treats people, how she dresses, how much make up (if any) she wears, whether she parties, smokes, drinks, does drugs and her looks

There has to be some sort of an attraction.
Usually it how she is around other people that makes her stand out, her smile, how she carries herself.

Just as women decide to show interest to, either the conventionally hot ones or the ones they perceive as hot. Nobody is attracted to ugly, ugly is unattractive and gets no intimacy
