When a guy calls that late he’s usually intoxicated and looking for a good time. He likely reached out to you when he wasn’t able to pick up a woman at the bar since it closes at 2 and that’s about when he hit you up. Of course he won’t own up to it today now that he’s clear minded and sensible.
