-they are hot
-they are at the age of consent
-they are young and fertile
-they are easier to have it your way
-most young girls has a thing for older guys anyway
-the womans their ages startsto loose their looks and woman without look has no real market value
-it is not the same with a mother flirting with her son's friends (which is the worst thing a mother can do to her son, it would bebetter if she just stabbed him with a knife when he was sleeping)

Are you really sure they are “flirting” or are they just being nice and/or notice an attractive young woman?

Older men can and should have better self control to act appropriate around younger women. But many still have biológical impulses and will notice pretty younger women. When I say “notice” I don’t mean they are justified to say or do something stupid. But they will notice even if it’s a fraction of a second.
