So what’s up with this guy coworker like why does he want me to do things for him and is married?

Like this morning we was walking on break and he happened to walk beside me and asked if I can pay for him bc he had 20 dollars and he can’t spend it on vending machine so he will give me 20 back and he spended 10 I told him I don’t carry card on me and I doubt ill work he waited and waited and than finally asked the other person who was buying at the vending like why meee always than later he called me and asked if I can move the cart that was supposedly in his way bc I was walking and he saw me what’s up with him I’m lost? So I came up and told him he did me wrong he was like how? I explained and than he apologized and said we will talk about it at lunch yet we hardly ever even sit at lunch so either he tripping or he really thought maybe going to look for him at lunch what’s going on here I’m really confused tbh
