I mean... it's generally true-ish, but I wouldn't recommend using information like that to place any bets.

People are weird and do weird nonsensical things for absolutely no reason. So it's pretty tough to predict much of anything from something as low effort as staring.

Interested in what, is key. Sometimes, a guy is just interested in staring, for example if he sees talking as ending in disaster.
