he knew that i was underage and still wanted to do things. obviously this was a long time ago but it still makes me uncomfortable knowing that i still blame myself to this day. i also would send texts back and forth but it felt so forced and i would try to stop talking to the guy but he kept insisting.

Don't blame yourself, whether he thought you are 14 or 15 doesn't matter, you were still underage and also much younger than him.

I also think it is reasonable to not want to sound too young when you are talking with someone older, and it is not like you told him you were 18.
