he then said I know thats you and told me his sorry.

Yooo that's a weird thing for him to hit you with outta nowhere, like tryna start some drama. My guess is he's feelin' kinda guilty about how yous been hanging so much without making it official.

See like, he wants to keep you on lock kinda as his side chick, but also not commit fully either, ya feel? So now he tryna act like you clingy or something just cuz you tryna see him regular like couple folk.
