Chemistry... at least for me. Similarities. Do they have similar interests, views, goals, sense of humor, communication style, sexual desires, etc. If I learn the girl is very religious I run. If I learn isn't an outdoorsy person I run. If I learn she's not into off grid tiny house life I run. If I learn she doesn't find me funny or I find her funny I run. If I learn she's not into the same stuff sexually I run. People don't realize how important similarities are for a relationship to be successful.
