Why would he get mad if I watch thirst traps if he does, too?

Sometimes I watch those thirst traps videos on Facebook and my boyfriend would get mad. But obviously he watches those kinds of videos, too, and he'll go through the pages of those accounts or pages to look at more.

Soooo why is he so mad if I watch them? I don't go and search them, they just pop up for me just like they pop up for him, except I don't go watching more and more like he does. Lol

So even if he says, "I don't care if you do it," he really means that he does feel some type of way if it's done to him?
Or if I say, "Well, you do it, so why can't I?" Or if I say, "You don't like your own medicine, yet, you're sitting here doing it to someone." He will say, "I do it because you did it first," even though he knows that's not true himself?

He wasn't like this until he had an accident that had to do with his head and ever since that day, he's been behaving this way. It was just a few months ago and I just noticed his behavior changing and it got me to thinking about it.
