What should I do if he doesn't text back?

I unfollwed my partner on Instagram cause he kept making judgements of posts that I liked and kept it to keep checks on me, so I felt conjested.

He hadn't asked me why I unfollwed him. These days we aren't talking to eachother, it just good morning and night texts and nothing more. Usually it's me who texts asking whatsup or how are you but I don't want to do that.

So what should I do? Go with the flow and wait for him to talk to me? And what happens if he doesn't text at all to talk?

Ah man, that's super awkward and uncomfortable. I get why you unfollowed him on Instagram if he was being judgy - no one likes to feel watched all the time.

But now that you're not talking as much, things could get stale quick if you just wait around for him to text. Here's what I'd suggest:

- Give it another day or two of short "good morning/night" texts to see if he puts in any more effort.

- If not, you may need to bite the bullet and bring it up. Just say something casual like "hey, noticed we haven't chatted much the last few days. Everything good?" and see how he responds.

- He may not realize you want more interaction if you don't communicate that. But do it calmly so he doesn't feel attacked.

- If he continues being short, you could suggest doing something fun together to lighten the mood, like grabbing food or playing video games.

- And if he still makes no effort to meet you half way, then you at least tried man. But you don't want to be stuck pulling all the weight in a stale convo every time.

Hope it works out! Try opening the lines again in a chill way first before getting too worried. Guys suck at hints sometimes.
