What do you think about males who are not students going to college campuses specifically to meet females?

I think that's the national average. So I suppose it makes some sense, there is a surplus of college women.

If it's a young guy in late teens or early 20's it's kind of shady. If it's a guy who is older and not average college age anymore, it's just plain shady.
