We met, texted for 2 weeks before he asked me out for real, great convo, we were like the same person, chemistry through the roof. We saw each other again and then he pulled back. He texted me regulary, hinted about seeing me but nothing for real. I said ok, this is not going anyhere, I made it obvious you can-you did not, you don't like me and thats fine and normal, but not for me. He said nothing. We ran into each other, stared all the time and was very nervous, kept pacing etc. He posted some out songs, stuff, hints etc, like baits but.. After that he reached out a few times, convo always ending in an argument because I had enough of this behaviour. Again he reached out, all good, then again two days after, again everything great, hinted about hanging out that evening if I wanted, but again no real plans. What is happening? Just an ego boost or what?

I believe that he does not even know himself what he wants. One minute he is gung ho for it, the next minute, he gets cold feet. I believe that this guy is an introvert type that does not really know how to properly express himself and how to behave in company of the opposite gender.

He could also be testing you of course and see how far he can go with you. This is something that only a jealous, a complex ridden person and a player would do. He wants to place you in such a position that you feel weakened and where you start doubting your own feelings.

Do not play his game and give him the cold shoulder once and for all. Do not react to his attempts to reach out because they are fake.

Wow, thank you for an elaborate opinion. I think things were great but at the wrong time, there were expectations and everything just got messed up along the way, not that this person is maliciois.. on one hand, he is all confident, cool and on the other, anxious and closed off 100%, avoiding any real talk. Not worth it. Already gave the cold shoulder, just wanted to put things in their place, at least in my own mind. Thank you again!
