Why would a guy try to not appear creepy in presence of a certain girl?

Guys don't want to appear creepy in the presence of any girl, especially not a girl he's interested in. Would you want a guy you liked to be creeped out and not want to be around you?

Of course not but i wouldn’t act differently around him than around others and I’m talking about a guy that acts different to a specific girl

I have only really cared about thay once. I saw this girl constantly, all the time. I developed very strong feelings for her, and snuck peeks at her all the time. I over thought everything, and should have made a mover kuch sooner than I did.
