Depends. How long have you two been talking? If it’s only been a short while chances are he has t really developed much feelings for you that he could easily move on. It just cause he reads it doesn’t always mean something. I get random messages or messages from people I don’t talk to anymore but I still read them. Just curious what it says that’s it.
