Each gender has its advantages and disadvantages, and most people probably have an inner opinion, whether relief or frustration, on which gender the were born. That's not offensive at all. But what would be quite rude is to tell that to a girl (or vice versa)

Higher average IQ, more assertive, dominant personality traits, having children is an easier process for us, we're more respected by society, we're less emotional, make more money, I could go on

Actually iq is the same, some studies actually show women do better. Women are better at certain math tasks (like algebra and calculations) and on most verbal tasks, on average. We have higher emotional intelligence. We can make as more as men, but more women go into lower paying fields. We are more organized. We live longer. We graduate from college more. We have stronger immune systems. We multitask better.

Men do still have a higher average IQ, emotional intelligence is a cope, men are still driven to higher status careers, who says women are more organized, a college degree doesn't equal intelligence, multitasking isn't real, and if all else fails I'll never have to deal with periods or giving birth

Women actually have the same iq as men (I took various psychometrics classes), we (tend to) have more friends, we are trusted easier, we have higher executive function, we are both left brained and right brained (usually), are less likely to get cancer, we get more support from society, we are better at surviving extreme conditions (like starvation and blood loss), we do less stupid things like committing crime or being alchoholic or gambling, get sex easier, and if all else fails I'l never have to deal with having a weaker immune system, having higher chances of cancer on average, and knowing that I am expected to live less

If being a woman is so great then why have they always been the "second sex"? Why have men always managed to be dominant?

God, educate yourself. In prehistoric times, there was no technology whatsoever, so physical strength was vey important, and thus men did the most valued jobs (like hunting). Remember that there was no birth control in that time, and people died significantly younger, so women bore children for the majority of their lives. When society developed and we were no longer cave people, women were confined to the home and to bear children. This physical disadvantage made the men create the governments and systems. Later on, women were prohibited from school, higher education, and almost every position in power. In ancient Egypt, when women were able to get an education, many contributed to the development of society (think Hypatia), and all across Europe, Asia, and the Americas there have been many exceptional women in every field, though fewer when compared to the men. When physical strength was no longer needed to survive, the patriarchal laws remained, and so did the vestiges of thousands of years of this tradition. This led to women being unable to earn their own money, or to live independently of a husband/father.

Remember that religion, with its highly male-centered themes, also played a huge part. The Bible, which was written by men, said that women needed to submit to their husbands, that they couldn't have authority. People were so ignorant back then that they actually thought it was "God's will". But with women becoming educated and with physical strength no longer needed for survival, women realized they wanted freedom and so the women's lib movement, feminism, etc. Such ignorance had those people about biology that a scientist and professor from the 19th century thought women who read or studied no longer had enough blood flow in the uterus/ovaries (because, for some reason that doesn't happen it men, the blood traveled from those parts to the brain) so they would be sterile and infertile. Mind you, women actually have greater cerebral blood flow and more oxygenated blood in the brain. You could read "The Second Sex" by philosopher Simone de Beauvoir to understand this matter better, but I doubt you'd grasp it. She said, "it is not women's inferiority that has determined their historical insignificance: It is their historical insignificance that has doomed them to inferiority" and this is what my point illustrates. Today, there is about no position that hasn't been occupied by a woman. And, by the way, I do not think women are superior, just that they are not inferior as you seemed to think. I was merely teaching you that each gender has its advantages.
