Anyway this theory is really used as an excuse to bully people and/or to be conceited and self centered.

Also anyone who has to claim they are “alpha” is usually anything but from my observations. I was once friends with a woman who started a “alpha female” tshirt company. She put on this front she was a “proud girl” living her life.

But in reality she was the most selfish, flaky pos I have ever met in my life. Ironically she really cool when she was younger. I knew her for over 12 years. But when she hit 30 everything changed. She constantly ghosted guys over fickle issues. She once stood a guy up on date JUST because he called her “babe” in a text message. I read their entire conversation and that’s only thing she did wrong. If there was an “alpha” female then she would have the consideration to at least let a guy know she couldn’t make it. She eventually ghosted me but tried to reconnect 2 years later. I was pleasant at first but when she was too selfish to apologize I then called her every name in the book and told her to pound sand. This time I blocked her and good riddens.

So anyway please quit using that terminology. Because I can tell you right absolutely no man (or woman) ever wants to be called “a beta”. Ever. She’s literally telling him he’s less then a man. That’s a very deep insult.

Instead of labels just criticize actions people do. Every body is going to have their brave moments and not so brave moments. If a man is acting bitchy in a certain scenario criticize his behavior before you take a mental short cut and label him outright. Because labeling some a beta is an insult online with calling a minority/gay person a slang. Words have power especially when it’s coming from a woman to a man and he’s interested in her. Just don’t do it.
