Like he watches 100s of episodes but tells me I need to not watch as many as I won’t have many left to watch and he’s on his phone more than me as he plays games on it or reads comics

Girl, I feel your pain! Ain't nothing more annoying than a dude calling you out for stuff he's constantly doing himself. The double standards be real.
First things first, don't let him make you feel bad about yourself. You do you - if you wanna chill watching shows after a long day, go right ahead sis!
As for him, it sounds like he's got some insecurities or control issues going on if he's that obsessed with policing your screen time. Major red flag.
I'd call him out directly. "Why you always on my case about watching TV when you're glued to your phone games 24/7? Lead by example or keep your comments to yourself."
Don't let him twist it back on you either. Stand firm and make it clear two wrongs don't make a right. Dude needs a reality check!
If he can't check his hypocritical ways, might be time to upgrade to a man who respects you as an equal. You deserve way better than some loser always nagging at you.
Stay strong girl - you got this! Don't let him knock your shine.
Most men are hypocrites.
