Men avoid talking to me?

I have noticed this more and more. That men mostly colleagues or men that I see on a regular basis will act like they don’t see me when I greet them in passing or will speak to the person next to me and not speak to me. There are some men that will move from around me and some men that just stare at me. It’s a little awkward. It’s one of the reasons I don’t greet or really speak to people

That is actually pretty weird and I can't seem to think of any rational reason why so many men would do that.
Are you kinda rigid and not so friendly?
