i reached out to a old teacher on facebook from highschool a few months ago

i reached out to her As she is only five years older then me
i told her about my depression so i thought she understand that tuns out she has depression too.

last time we talked she said hope your ok have not heard from her in months.

was i wrong to reach out to her as i needed someone to talk to?

Though It not wrong, I wouldn't burden her with your issues just yet. Though she can be good outlet for support you have maje sure she's in the right head space.

The thing is your thinking about it too much. You know what you want. Take time to discover your wants. Go after it with no hesitation. Reach out when ever you feel is necessary. However make sure it's something she can get out of it too.

Ah, that's tricky, cause it can trigger depression if not reciprocated properly. Might I suggest not using her as your supporter outlet. Unless you know for sure she sees you more than a friend. I wouldn't hold my breath for her love.
