Few months ago a married guy was flirting with me when him an his wife were separated they got back together but he still dms me

he mostly says things bout his work and bout his car but couple weeks ago he sent a TikTok of some police women shaking her hair in front of camera and saying u should have that job

I said who gonna wanna see me like that he said no comment  then few days later asked if I had got my badge or my uniform yet?
I said my uniform? He said mhmm I said no?

This guy is definitely out of line and crossing boundaries by flirting with you like that. Even though he's temporarily separated from his wife, that doesn't make it okay.

When he sends you suggestive videos and comments about uniforms or badges, he's clearly hoping to take things in a flirty or sexual direction. That's really disrespectful to his wife and your relationship as just friends/coworkers.

I'd be direct and tell him his comments made you uncomfortable, and that you think it's best if he limits contact to just work topics from now on. Make it clear you don't want any mixed signals or inappropriate behavior.

If he keeps it up after that, you might need to cut contact entirely for a while or get other coworkers/management involved. You don't deserve to be put in that situation or feel awkward around a married coworker. Stand your ground - you don't owe him any exceptions!
