Hey, sorry to hear that. What may help you is, taking time to consider why you didn't perform as expected. Was it due to a lack of understanding of the material, poor study habits, time management issues, or anxiety? Usually in school you should throughout school time receive feedback your tutor/teachers on your performance. How did those conversations go? If you didn't have them, why not? They can usually provide insights into areas where you need improvement and might offer suggestions for resources or study techniques. Based on the feedback and your self-assessment, create a study plan. Break down the material into manageable sections and set a schedule to cover each part. Like you said, if your brain doesn't phantom the information, engage in active learning methods like practice problems, quizzes, flashcards, or teaching the material with someone else. Active learning is often more effective than passive methods like re-reading notes. What you can do further, is seeking help from the school or through friends, to help you understand the subjects and be more involved in the class.
If anxiety impacted your performance, explore techniques to manage it, such as deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, or speaking with a counselor. What you can do on your own is ensuring you're getting enough sleep each school night, eating well, and engaging in physical activity. Good physical health can positively impact your mental state and study effectiveness. Further, maintaining a positive attitude will keep you motivated and interested.
Also if there are signs of an disorder, for instance lack of concentration, always on the edge etc, maybe a check-up would be a good thing to determine whether there are underlying causes for instance having an ADHD disorder. If so there are tools and extra support one can get to get through school and there will be understanding as to why one can't phantom so much information at once etc.
Best of luck man!
I don't know it is happening with me since 2020 when I was in 11th class
If you got covid, and was severely hit with it, there is post-covid disorder that has affected a lot of human beings world wide. Maybe that is something that may have affected you or at least part of it. Nevertheless, see professional help to find the underlying cause of why this has affected you.
No I was not infected with covid before it just happening since 2020 since online classes came in existence
Then seek out to the school counselors and principles and explain your concerns and ask to find a solution. There might be support you can receive and extra classes to take over holidays etc. so u can graduate from class 12.
