Like someone else said, do you have a definitive diagnosis of your memory issues from a neurologist? Observationally speaking I think young generations memory is declining and it is scary. I live in a world where I have a photographic memory. I work with my brain daily to keep it alive. Could it be that you have been raised not to have to think for yourself so you don't bother? I scare and amaze people with my memory. I personally do not think that there is anything you can take pharmaceutically or supplement-wise that would help. You likely need to see a neurologist and get a brain scan. Could it be psychosomatic that you are burying deep in your mind to cope with a childhood trauma. You are too young to be experiencing this without a proper diagnosis. Think about the fact that as you age your brain function could further deteriorate to the point that you will not be able to have independence.

Hola :)
Everybody has a different way of learning things by memory. I can memorize something easily by repeating it to me a million times by walking to every part of my room, writing it a billion times and "Teaching". And by teaching I mean, grabbing your pet or a plushie and explaining what you just learned. Also, try doing exams (you can do your own) in kahoot.
Also, if you have to learn how to respond exams. If your exam is multiple choice, tik out first the incorrect answers and it will be easier to respond correctly.
