So I've liked this guy for two years and I asked him out in March of 2022 and at first he said yes but then the next day texted and said he was in a sitautionship. We continued to text anyway and he would always watch my snap stories first within 2 seconds no matter if it was 3pm or 3am. Later that year he blocked me on snap after I posted a bunch of hot selfies of myself but then a few months later I saw him at a bar and he stared at my intently, even moving around when someone blocked his view. He sent his friend over to talk to me and invite me to a party that night but at the party all he could to was come up to me stare and then walk away. I've only texted him once since then but all he can do is continue to stare at me and my chest. What the hell? Please help

Why does he always stare at me and send his friends over to invite me to things but not talk to me? It's been two years of him staring?
