Whom should I believe?

I’ve got two men saying they’re the same guy. One mentioned some of the things I’ve said to him in the past and mentioned places that we’ve been and showed me a picture that resembled the guy. The other messaged me on WhatsApp claiming to be the same guy and he tried to ring me in the morning and asked me on a date. The Facebook guy claims that they’re two different people. Whom should I believe?

One of them won’t call me, claiming to be overseas, working for the government. The other asked me out.
