Just yesterday, I caught my boyfriend hitting himself in the balls with a pair of my high heels. I don't know what to do. Should I talk to him about it or not?

The most likely explanation is that he's got a pain or submission/power dynamics kink. Don't let that spook you; it's just something he likes in the bedroom, not a reflection of his personality or sanity or anything. Kinks are kinks, and we don't choose them. Even if you want him to limit it to his alone time and not even MENTION it around you, knowing you helped pick them out will still be a form of connection- and that way, you won't see another pair of heels at his place, realize they're not yours, and freak out, thinking he's with another woman.
