You haven’t met the friend, so what is the point of him telling you the friends name? You obviously did not have plans, or you would have written that he “cancelled his plans with you”. So given that you were not meeting him that night, and he went out with a friend of his that you do not know… What on earth is the problem, and why are you constantly looking for problems that are not there?
