So my boyfriend got into an argument over me being jealous that his female cousin who is not blood related to him is coming to spend the weekend by him and his dad’s house. During the argument my boyfriend hung up on me and texted me saying “Am honestly going to find someone a talk too cause this shit is getting out of hand I swear “. When I asked him what he meant by that he said it’s not a girl. Any intake on this?

He probably just meant the straightforward interpretation of what he said. He wants to clear his head by talking to someone that isn't you, but that you shouldn't worry about him cheating because he isn't going to talk with another woman.
