I see my crush 3 times a week for work related projects and when we're together in person he's really nice and sweet, always trying to get my attention and complimenting me. He flirts with me often. As soon as we're not together, he takes forever to answer my texts each time. It's almost impossible to have a conversation with him, each text I send he won't open for hours on end and it's driving me crazy to the point I've been acting really distant around him in person. What should i do? I don't want to confront him about it since we're not in a relationship but I feel like he's leading me on and I can't really avoid being with him since we work together.

Wow girl that's super frustrating! I'd definitely be getting some mixed signals too in your shoes. A few thoughts:
- He may really like you in person but not be that into texting constantly. Some guys just aren't big texters.
- However, taking 24hrs to respond each time is really lame and sending the wrong message. That would annoy me too!
- Since you work together, a casual chat might be better than a confrontation. See if he opens up about why he takes so long to reply/what he's looking for.
- In the meantime, I'd focus on your work when you see him and don't give him as much attention. Let him pursue you for a change!
- You definitely don't want to get hung up waiting around for him to text back. Keep your options open too.
- If it keeps up and he won't give you a real answer, you may need to accept he's just not that into you outside work. Don't let him string you along!
Hope he shapes up sis. But don't be afraid to pull back a bit and take control of the situation too if you need to. You deserve better than games!
He's playing games or not really that interested. Ignore him find another that will enjoy your attention. I know it's hard I'm a hypocrite a girl does the same to me at work she was really friendly and when I texted, she ignored completely.
